Then why not have the best quality draught cask conditioned beers delivered to your door and we will either set up the casks for you or show you how to do it. We offer our Classic and Seasonal collections in 9 gallon (72 pints) casks, 4.5 gallon (36 pints) casks and 4.5 gallon (36 pints) polypins. A polypin helps preserve the drinking life of a beer and works in a similar manner to that of a wine box. We have set delivery routes in Scotland only and we shall do our best to fit you in to our delivery plans. However this cannot be guaranteed. Collection at the brewery is, of course, open to all (as long as the empty cask is returned to us too).

Independence 3.8% A classic, full-bodied and malty beer with subtle hints of mixed fruits and punches of spice. A perfect balance of Pilgrim and Saaz hops delivers a high quality, nicely rounded ale, with earthy and slightly spicy notes. Ossian 4.1% A pale, golden coloured brew with a full bodied fruity flavour with distinct nutty tones and a hoppy, zesty orange aroma, derived from First Gold and Cascade Hops. Thrappledouser 4.3% A golden copper coloured ale, which has a thick and creamy off-white head that laces your glass all the way to the bottom, leaving you wanting more. A marriage of Pilgrim, East Kent Goldings and Cascade hops presents a delicate citrus aroma and a unique spicy floral taste. Duncan's IPA 4.4% Duncan’s IPA is a celebration of our brewing heritage when a pale hoppy beer was brewed to undergo the long and arduous voyage to India to quench the thirst of the troops stationed there. A pale golden beer with fruity spicy aromas leading to an initial malty sweetness and finishing with a lasting bitter finish. Perfect for pushing the boat out! Launching in February 2011. Pundie 5.0% Pundie is a measure of beer that used to be given free to brewery workers on certain days of the year. Traditionally a strong beer, the name gave rise to the colloquial term for a brewery; a pundie house. This term in turn was mashed into the word booze! A great burnished copper strong ale.
